Property Management & Marketing Assistant (AppFolio and property listing experience is required)

Compensation: $4.00 - $5.00 / hour

• Post and maintain property listings on portfolio websites and online marketing platforms
• Update property information, photos, and listing details as needed
• Assist with tenant management tasks, including responding to inquiries and coordinating requests
• Support daily administrative tasks related to property operations
• Maintain and update property and tenant records in the property management system
• Assist with organizing documents, communications, and property-related files
• Monitor incoming messages and help coordinate responses or follow-ups
• Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Hard Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative support
• Hands-on experience with AppFolio or similar property management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established workflows
• Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes

Schedule:

• 30 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9AM - 3PM Eastern Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

• Weeks 1–8: $4 USD/hour
• Week 8 onwards: $5 USD/hour
