Salary Range: $21.00 - $34.00 Hourly

Property Management Associates (PMA) is seeking Top Talent in Property Management in Los Angeles. We are hosting an on-site hiring event on Friday, February 20th from 9:00am-6:00pm at our headquarters office in Culver City. Must have prior multifamily property management experience, have excellent communication and organizational skills. Yardi experience is a PLUS!

- Property Manager-Carson, CA $28.00-$34.00 per hour / Free 2-Bedroom Apt
- Property Manager- Los Angeles $23.00-$25.00 per hour/ Free 1-Bedroom Apt
- Property Manager- Long Beach $23.00-$25.00 per hour/ Free 1-Bedroom Apt
- Property Manager- Los Feliz $23.00 per hour/ Free 1-Bedroom Apt
- Property Manager- North Hollywood $23.00-$25.00 per hour/ Free 1-Bedroom Apt
- Offsite Property Manager-Santa Monica $23.00 per hour
- Part-Time Property Manager- Temple City $23.00 per hour (20 hours per week / $700.00 rent)

- Fulfilling leasing, marketing, financial, management, and administrative responsibilities.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting market data.
- Ensuring that the community meets the established operational, financial, and business performance goals.
- Supervise property, staff, and external vendors
- Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.
- Conduct unit inspections including but not limited to move-in and move-out.
- Monitor the monthly financial budget
- Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations
- Ensuring the appearance and physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards.
- Communicating with residents including maintenance requests, resident relations, community activities, community procedures, move-out security deposit allocations, and conflict resolution.
