GC Realty & Development is looking for a Resident Services Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll own the full resident communication experience, managing inbound calls, emails, and chats while collaborating cross-departmentally to resolve issues and coordinate key processes like move-outs. If you're detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about helping people, this role is built for you.
