Job Description:

Fixed term - maternity leave cover

Manage all payment & invoice processes related to real estate deals

Manage timeliness and accuracy of payables and receivables

Handle day to day real estate management - Manage Leases, Invoices, Credit Notes, Disputes, System issues etc.

Represents Shell and negotiates on meetings with Landlords and authorities if necessary

Relationship management (Landlords, Tenants)

Complete financial postings of realized deals in GSAP

Full responsibilty for updated Masterdata within the systems

Inflation escalation calculation and system entry, month and year closing, alignment with retail finance

Budget management (RE OPEX and financial CAPEX) - LE, T&R

Handle property tax agenda (tax returns, set up in the system, payment on time)

Preparation of inputs for MYP, with IFRS16 impact

Manage issues and handle correspondence of neighbors, landlords, local authorities, tenants and escalate if required

Deliver full admin support for the execution of Real Estate daily business (acquisitions, lease renewals, contract prolongations, disposals, contracts, records management, systems, payments, asset bookings, write offs).

Administrative management of internal systems interfaces and processing for contracts (hard copy, archiving, records management for Real Estate and Records Management Focal Point for Retail Network).

Independently runs smaller real estate projects (easements, operational and HSSE related)

Drafts simple contracts - amendments / prolongations / sublases / easements based on templates

In addition, the Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator is expected to work at an operational level with the local delivery team for data validation on:

1. Comprehensive data set of key RE metrics
2. Work with Shell’s PMPS system - TriRiga
