Location:London Bridge - Hybrid working

Salary: £28,000 plus a further £2,000 in commission
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Fridays 8:45am to 5pm
Monday and Wednesday working from home, rest of the week in the London Bridge office

Job Specification and Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
Booking of property visits
Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
Photocopying, scanning and filing Running errands within and outside of the office
Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
