The property litigation department is renowned for its expertise in handling complex property issues, representing a diverse clientele that includes landlords, tenants, owners, and occupiers. The team specialises in all aspects of property litigation, working closely with colleagues to resolve disputes swiftly and cost-effectively.
As a go-to Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll dive into a variety of contentious property issues, including but not limited to:
Business tenancy renewals (both opposed and unopposed)
Communications Code matters
Breach of lease covenants and lease terminations
Service of break notices
Dilapidations and disrepair claims
Rent reviews and service charge recoveries
Possession claims, including squatter evictions
Anti-social behaviour injunctions
Development disputes involving restrictive covenants and overage
Easement disputes, such as rights of way and light obstruction
Agricultural tenancy disputes
A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation. (NQ solicitors with a passion for property litigation and a willingness to learn will also be considered.)
Experience in landlord and tenant matters is essential.
A proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
