Sales Valuer / Property Lister – Chertsey

£27,000 – £30,000 basic | £65,000 OTE | Car & Licence Required

A leading independent estate agency covering Chertsey and the surrounding areas is looking for a driven Sales Valuer / Property Lister to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious property professional who enjoys getting in front of homeowners and turning conversations into listings. The OTE is £65,000, so there’s no ceiling on what you can earn.

What you’ll be doing

• Generating and developing valuation leads to grow the agency’s market share
• Booking and conducting market appraisals with new and existing clients
• Converting valuations into sales instructions
• Building local presence through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet drops and proactive prospecting
• Generating new and repeat business from past and prospective clients
• Keeping in regular contact with vendors and potential sellers
• Managing your own diary, pipeline and targets

What we’re looking for

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in estate agency, such as valuing, listing or senior negotiating
• A proven ability to hit targets and win business
• Confidence, professionalism and a smart appearance
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who can work on their own initiative and also take direction
• Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and hunger to succeed
• A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
