Property / Lease Administrator

At Bureau Veritas, we help clients maximise the value, performance and compliance of their property assets. Due to continued growth and new contract opportunities, we are seeking a Property / Lease Administrator to join our Property Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to build their career within a supportive and collaborative team, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio and broad range of property and leasing activities.

The Opportunity

Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day administration and coordination of a large and diverse property portfolio.

You'll be involved in a variety of activities, including:

• Providing property administration support across a government-owned portfolio.
• Assisting with tenant and stakeholder enquiries.
• Preparing leasing documentation, including Heads of Agreement and lease-related correspondence.
• Supporting lease negotiations and coordinating lease transactions.
• Tracking critical lease dates including expiries, renewals and rent reviews.
• Maintaining accurate property, tenant and lease records across property management systems.
• Assisting with reporting, compliance and portfolio administration activities.
• Supporting leasing campaigns and helping drive positive outcomes for clients and tenants.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in property administration, lease administration, property management or a related property environment.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a growing property team.
• An interest in leasing, property management and commercial property operations.
