Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Property Investment Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.

This is a high-energy, targeted role that will involve selling investment property, generating new business, and building strong relationships with landlords and investors to grow and retain our managed portfolio.

This role offers a competitive individual commission structure and eligibility to join our profit share scheme.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

• Selling tenanted investment properties from one landlord to another.
• Selling vacant properties that require refurbishment.
• Working across multiple sales channels, including off-market landlord-to-landlord transactions, on-market listings, and auction sales.
• Generating new business through high-volume outbound calling and face-to-face client meetings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors.
• Identifying opportunities to grow and retain the property management portfolio through sales activity.
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on results.

• Has experience in property management or property auctions.
• Understands property investment and the needs of landlords.
• Comfortable discussing investment stock in the £50,000-150,000 range rather than high-end residential property.
• Thrives in a target-driven, phone-heavy environment.
• Someone who is proactive, resilient, and commercially minded.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle for business use.
