We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated individual to maintain landscaping and perform routine property maintenance on a large residential acreage and company-owned properties. This position requires discretion and professionalism, as some work will be performed at private residences. Primary Responsibilities Grounds & Landscaping - Mowing, trimming, and fertilizing lawns - Operating a small garden tractor for lawn maintenance - Operating a farm tractor (50HP) for mowing larger fields - Shrub and tree trimming - Yard debris cleanup - Irrigation system maintenance, movement and sprinkler repair - General seasonal landscaping upkeep Carpentry & General Maintenance - Basic carpentry using hand tools - Building and maintaining small to mid-size structures - Routine property repairs and upkeep Additional Duties - Digging ditches and performing manual labor - Spreading bark, gravel, and other materials - Safely operating a chainsaw - Working independently from written instructions - Maintaining tools and equipment Why Join Our Team? Qualifications - Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements - Must have reliable personal transportation - Experience operating tractors and outdoor power equipment preferred - Knowledge of irrigation/sprinkler systems required - Basic carpentry skills - Physically capable of lifting, digging, and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions - Must be trustworthy and able to work independently - Drug-free workplace Additional Requirements - References will be checked - Background check required - Pre-employment physical required
