The Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Executive to support the day-to-day management and operations of SJ Campus. This is a broad-based role where you will gain exposure across property operations, tenant management, facilities services, events and placemaking, leasing support, AV and digital systems, and workplace safety.

What You'll Do

Property and Facilities Operations

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the building.
• Attend to tenant enquiries, feedback, complaints and maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, maintenance requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors carrying out repair, maintenance, fit-out, reinstatement and improvement works.
• Manage term contractors and facilities services, including air-conditioning, lifts, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and other building services.
• Coordinate with tenants, MCST, contractors and relevant authorities on property, fit-out and building-related matters.
• Maintain appropriate property records and support compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations and company policies.

Campus, Leasing & Operational Support

• Provide logistical and operational support to the events and placemaking team to ensure activities at the campus run smoothly.
• Support the leasing team in maintaining vacant units in good condition for viewings.
• Coordinate the handover and taking over of tenant units.
• Support carpark operations and management.
• Support the management of AV equipment and displays across the property.
• Work closely with the Fire Safety Manager and Workplace Safety and Health Officer to ensure safety and health matters are addressed promptly.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• For experienced candidates, hands-on experience in tenant management, maintenance coordination and contractor supervision would be advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up effectively with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Comfortable working on-site, conducting inspections and following through on maintenance and contractor works.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn across different areas of property and facilities operations.
