Requirements

• Degree in Surveying / Statistics / Economics / Finance / Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in property research and development or land administration
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
• Be conversant with financial evaluation models and proficient in software applications such as Excel
• Good market acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Property Development Surveyor II position
