Job Description

In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering research, analysis, process enhancement, and data‑driven insights across Property Development and Land Access, you will support improved systems, streamlined operations, and informed strategic decision‑making across Transport for NSW.

This role will see you conducting research, environmental scanning, and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities; supporting property activities in both BAU and project contexts; integrating new and existing systems; and contributing to solution development and documentation.

You will also help maintain data and information management practices, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and gain opportunities to deepen your capability in business process design, strategic analysis, change support, information management, and collaborative problem‑solving.

You will drive continuous process improvements and insights‑led efficiencies in a complex regulatory environment that requires balancing diverse stakeholder expectations, managing competing priorities, and maintaining high standards across time‑critical and sensitive activities.

About you


Your background in financial process design, customer service environments, technology‑supported operations, research, analysis, and data‑driven problem‑solving will see you excel in evaluating issues, improving processes, resolving stakeholder enquiries, and supporting strategic and operational decision‑making.

You bring strengths in communication, collaborative thinking, critical analysis, solution development, and maintaining information management quality, enabling you to deliver improvements that align with organisational strategies, enhance data accuracy, and strengthen project and BAU outcomes.

You’re recognised as an adept communicator and collaborative contributor, skilled at translating complex information, engaging diverse stakeholders, and supporting reforms and policy updates, and experienced in process optimisation, technology‑enabled workflows, research, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary teamwork
