Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of assets in Abha. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, contractor coordination, operational reporting, and property inspections.

As part of Savills' growing team in Saudi Arabia, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the portfolio, maintain accurate records, coordinate service providers, and deliver an exceptional experience for both tenants and landlords, while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of assigned assets, acting as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries, requests, and complaints.

  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit handovers, snagging follow-up, documentation, and key management.

  • Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, lease files, and databases, ensuring all tenancy contracts are registered and kept up to date on the Ejar platform.

  • Support rent invoicing and collection follow-up by tracking payments, preparing statements, and escalating arrears to the Property Manager.

  • Coordinate with FM service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance, and landscaping) to follow up on work orders and assist in monitoring service quality against SLAs.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, record observations, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.

  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports covering occupancy, rent collections, maintenance activities, and tenant feedback.

  • Support compliance with local regulatory requirements (REGA, Ejar, Civil Defence, and municipal authorities) while ensuring adherence to Savills' policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, facilities coordination, or customer service, preferably within Saudi Arabia.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential; experience with property management systems is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with the Ejar platform and Saudi Arabian tenancy processes is desirable.

  • Fluency in Arabic is essential, with good written and spoken English.

  • Service-oriented, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with tenants, landlords, and service providers.

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation.

  • Numerate, with confidence in rent invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial reporting.

  • Proactive problem solver, capable of following up on tenant requests and operational issues through to resolution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

  • A collaborative team player who supports the Property Manager and wider team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • Based in Abha, with the flexibility to travel to Riyadh as required.

  • Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
