• Generate new business through networking, referrals and database management.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice on Dubai's secondary market.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to negotiation and successful closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Negotiate offers and contracts while ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Keep up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximise exposure for property listings.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the sales journey.
