Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven International Property Consultant with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and the ability to develop international client relationships across the Romanian, Serbian and German markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Fluency in Romanian, Serbian or German, depending on the target market, alongside professional English communication skills.
• Experience dealing with international clients and property investors.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, including communities, pricing and current market trends.
• Experience in off-plan or secondary market property sales.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert international leads into clients and transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
