Property Consultant

Meras Real Estate is currently seeking a Property Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field to join our growing team in Heliopolis

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent Meras Real Estate’s portfolio of properties with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.
• Generate leads and build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and client management.
• Conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
• Prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations for management and clients.
• Stay up to date with market dynamics, competitor offerings, and project developments.
• Ensure exceptional service quality and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or banking.

Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing client relationships professionally.

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.

Benefits

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
