Property Consultant

Meras Real Estate is currently seeking a Property Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field to join our growing team in Heliopolis.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Job Responsibilities:

Represent Meras Real Estate’s portfolio of properties with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.

Generate leads and build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and client management.

Conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations to potential buyers and investors.

Prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations for management and clients.

Stay up to date with market dynamics, competitor offerings, and project developments.

Ensure exceptional service quality and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or banking.

Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing client relationships professionally.

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.
