Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and a deep understanding of Dubais property landscape. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring they find the ideal properties for their needs and investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with property sales and rental transactions, providing comprehensive information about the Dubai real estate market
• Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and sales transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients
• Develop and present customized property solutions based on clients needs and investment goals
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, interactions, and client communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE real estate market
• In-depth knowledge of Dubais real estate market, regulations, and property values
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client inquiries
