Our client, a growing company specializing in helping property owners secure government grants by ensuring their buildings meet compliance requirements, is seeking a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to assist with building filings, architectural documentation, and grant-related applications.

This role involves working closely with property owners, architects, and agencies to ensure all requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and manage architectural plans and building documents
• Assist in preparing and submitting filings, applications, and permit paperwork
• Support the preparation of documentation for government grant eligibility programs
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Track project timelines, deadlines, and application statuses
• Follow up on submissions and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with building filings, reviewing architectural plans, permits, or construction-related paperwork preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and follow-up abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
