Job Description

PROPERTY BOOK ADMINISTRATOR

The company is seeking mid-level and senior Property Book Administrators to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expertly serves as Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager focusing on demand planning, utilizes statistical program knowledge and skills to provide support.

  • Provides support to include equipment management, inventory control, property control, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging and transportation.

  • Operates and updates computerized logistic and supply systems.

  • Plans, coordinates and conducts equipment use/projects.

  • Develops project plans, outlines procedures and issues, and identifies long and short term goals and objectives.

  • Participates in/leads audit teams to conduct inspections of equipment and operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

  • Minimum years of related work experience:

    • Mid-level:4 years of experience

    • Senior:7 years of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Global Combat Support System (G-Army),Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS, )and AESIP (Army Enterprise System Integration Program).

SECURITY CLEARANCE

·Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required

TRAVEL

·Some travel may be required.
