Job Description

A global real estate investment group is looking for a hands-on Property Asset Manager to take charge of a mixed-use property portfolio. This role involves working closely with top management to oversee operations, financials, and strategic planning across hospitality, residential, and commercial assets located mainly in Astana (Kazakhstan) and Dubai (UAE).

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of hotels, office centers, and residential properties
• Handle budgeting and cost control across all assets
• Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports to senior leadership
• Oversee lease agreements and maintain strong relationships with tenants
• Ensure timely rent collection and handle any payment issues
• Analyze financial data and help shape business decisions
• Lead marketing and leasing efforts for vacant units
• Focus on reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
• Negotiate with online booking platforms and service vendors
• Make sure properties are well-maintained and all technical needs are met
• Prepare and manage contracts with both tenants and external partners
• Act as the companys representative when dealing with local authorities
• Solve day-to-day operational challenges and tenant concerns

Requirements:

• Willing to relocate to Astana (Kazakhstan)
• University degree (ideally in Real Estate, Hospitality, or a similar field)
• Fluent in English and Russian
• At least 3 years of experience in property or hotel management
• Strong skills in lease negotiations, tenant management, and operations
• Well-organized with great communication abilities
