Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cloud-based content management and lease data entry.

  • Assist the Leasing and Property Manager in maintaining the property database and lease records.

  • Support the Design and Resource Team by coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and placing orders.

  • Support Project Managers during program site visits and assist in developing work or repair plans.

  • Perform general administrative duties including clerical work, filing, scanning, and database management.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Program Development department team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong commitment to and passion for the organization’s mission.

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

  • Basic knowledge and awareness of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD).

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9AM - 5PM
