Your place in our story
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and operational support for your assigned property. You’ll ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs, respond to resident inquiries promptly, and help maintain accurate records in Yardi. This role is key to creating a positive resident experience while supporting property operations compliance.
Here’s how you’ll contribute
Prepare key packages and coordinate smooth move-ins/move-outs, including elevator bookings
Maintain resident database and parking logs; issue visitor passes
Process cash receipts/deposits; prepare resident accounts receivable reports and collections
Complete forms required under Residential Tenancies Act (claims, rent increases, evictions)
Respond to resident inquiries related to leases and service requests in a courteous, timely manner
Notify utility companies of occupancy changes; approve vacant suite invoices
Prepare communications for residents (e.g., repairs, events, management updates)
Create renewal listings for revenue review; issue renewal notices as directed
Record updates in Yardi ERP system
Coordinate contractor and staff access with proper notice; liaise with maintenance teams
Assign scheduled maintenance to personnel and address issues proactively
Comply with Health & Safety standards, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA, and Human Rights regulations
Perform additional duties aligned with the role as requested

College diploma or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years in a busy, client-facing environment
Strong multitasking and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to problem-solve and influence without authority
Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and lease agreements (asset)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is an asset
High attention to detail, judgment, and initiative
Hiring pay range rate: $50,000 - $55,000
