A new exciting opportunity has become available to join Mackillop Family, based in Blacktown, NSW. This role sits within the Corporate Services Property Team and reports to the Property Officer.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Property Administrator plays a key role in keeping our property operations running smoothly, supporting maintenance coordination, contractor management, invoicing, and accurate recordkeeping across a diverse property portfolio.
Working within established procedures, you’ll maintain property systems, process documentation, and respond to day‑to‑day property enquiries - ensuring timely service delivery, precise data management, and clear communication between internal teams and external contractors.
