We're Hiring Property Accountant
Location: Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Accounting
Reports To: Vice President, Property Accounting
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience managing property financials? We are looking for a Property Accountant to join our growing team and take ownership of accounting operations for an assigned portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for:
-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-Managing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash balances
-Processing weekly accounts payable check runs and resolving AP issues
-Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
-Assisting property managers with expense analysis, accruals, and CAM reconciliations
-Preparing management fee calculations and owner distributions
-Coordinating with external auditors and tax preparers
-Managing cash flow forecasting, bank wires, and transfers
-Preparing property budgets and lender reserve draw requests
-Maintaining fixed asset depreciation/amortization schedules
-Calculating straight-line rent and other GAAP adjustments
-Ensuring monthly close deadlines are communicated and achieved

Requirements

Qualification And Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Yardi is highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
