Job Title:
Property Accountant

Location:

Our client, a commercial property management company operating a multi-tenant business complex that houses various enterprises, including a supermarket and a medical clinic, is seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial records, preparing accurate financial reports and statements, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Accountant responsibilities include:
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Manage tax payments
• Organize internal audits
• Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements

Requirements and skill
• + 5 years’ work experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures

• The ideal candidate should have proven experience in setting up accounting systems and preparing financial statements from scratch.
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
• The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately.
