We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Property Accountant to join the ongoing transformation of our asset management team. Based in Lisbon, this permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in the financial management of our real estate portfolio.

Develop effective working relationships with operational departments, asset and property managers, accounting teams and other key business stakeholders.
Support the asset management team with AR/AP tasks and other supporting activities as required.
Manage tenant billing for rents and service charges
Support annual service charge reconciliations and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
Monitor unpaid rents and manage bad debt procedures and reporting
Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) in property accounting processes and act as a backup for other property accountants.
Use Yardi software for property accounting and financial reporting tasks.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (AP/AR) or property accounting.
Experience with YARDI ERP is a strong asset.
Experience working with commercial and multi-tenant properties is highly valued.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
