Premier Cooperative is seeking a safety-focused and customer-oriented Propane Delivery Driver to join our team in Waupaca. This role is essential in safely delivering propane and supporting customers across our communities.
As a propane delivery driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of propane products to homes, farms, and businesses. This position combines driving, customer service, and equipment support while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver propane to residential, agricultural, and commercial customers
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Install, maintain, and service tanks, regulators, and related equipment
- Conduct leak checks and ensure safe system operation
- Complete delivery tickets, service records, and required documentation
- Maintain an efficient delivery route to support customer needs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during each delivery
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies at all times

Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) required
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements required or ability to obtain
- Clean driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with propane systems preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Work Environment
- Combination of driving, outdoor, and agricultural environments
- Exposure to weather, fuel products, and varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75–80 lbs and work extended hours during peak seasons
