What You Do:

• Develop and maintain an extensive library of effective prompts for various AI models, tailored to the specific needs of our design and technology projects.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and objectives, translating them into precise and effective AI prompts.
• Conduct rigorous testing and iterations on prompts to maximize AI model performance, ensuring outputs meet desired quality and relevance standards.
• Analyze interactions and feedback from model outputs to continuously refine and optimize prompts.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, prompt engineering, and design technology to implement innovative practices and tools.
• Document and share best practices, insights, and learnings with the broader team to foster knowledge growth and collaborative improvement.
• Participate in project reviews and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and technical expertise.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing, or AI model interaction, preferably within a design or creative industry context.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language understanding and generative AI models.
• Strong analytical skills and creativity, with a proven track record of solving complex problems through innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• A passion for design, user experience, and the role of AI in enhancing creative processes.
