Promotions Technician
Las Vegas, NV | Part Time Entravision is seeking a reliable and Key Responsibilities:
motivated Promotions Technician to support station events, live
broadcasts, and promotional activities. This role also provides general office
assistance and plays a key part in representing the station within the
community.
station vehicles and promotional equipment in a safe and responsible
manner.
proper maintenance and safe handling of all vehicles, equipment, and
promotional tools.
on-site promotional activities, including station events and marketing
campaigns.
with live broadcasts and remote activations on a regular basis.
promotional materials and listener prizes; ensure accurate and appropriate
distribution during events and remotes.
compliance with company policies, contest rules, and event regulations.
basic troubleshooting of sound systems and broadcast equipment (training
provided).
on time and prepared for all scheduled events and assignments.
general administrative and office support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Additional Requirements:
communication, writing, and computer skills.
to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
organizational skills and attention to detail.
in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
to lift and carry equipment weighing 40+ pounds.
school diploma or equivalent required.
experience (work, volunteer, or academic) in events, marketing,
promotions, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
(Spanish/English) required.
driver’s license.
