The Promotions Specialist position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Convenience Store and Food retail promotional and marketing programs, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistent execution across the Co-operative Retailing System. The Team: Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Promotions, you will work closely with Promotions, Marketing and Category Management teams. This team strives to cultivate a culture of accountability and partnership fostered through open communication, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to following established standards while adapting to evolving business needs.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Shared Services business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Local Co-op Marketing Teams, and Operations Advisers to ensure the communication and execution of Marketing and Promotional Programs.
We help local Co-ops serve their communities by providing support and leadership to food, pharmacy, liquor and convenience stores, and by delivering quality products and exemplary customer service.
