Promotions Operations Specialist

A meticulous problem solver is required to join the Promotions team. In this role, ownership of configuring and testing promotional setups for global and regional campaigns across Poker, Casino, and Sports platforms is necessary. Responsibility for the setup of offer mechanics for 15+ different offer and reward types and management of automated prize payouts worldwide is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration and testing of promotional setups for global and regional CRM campaigns
• Setup of offer mechanics and reward structures across multiple verticals and platforms (Poker, Casino, Sports)
• Management and monitoring of automated prize payouts (cash, bonuses, tickets, etc.)
• Analysis of full user journeys and breakdown into actionable configuration tasks
• Development of working relationships with CRM and production teams
• Provision of technical support and guidance on upcoming and ongoing promotions
• Accountability for project delivery and adherence to deadlines
• Building of expertise in in-house CRM promotional tools and functionality

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in project ownership with strong deadline management capabilities
• Proficiency in prioritization and time management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments and under pressure
• Prior experience in the Gaming industry, or Marketing/Product roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and/or bespoke Management Information Systems
• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Basic programming knowledge
