Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
We are looking for a Promotions & Operations Coordinator to join our Merchandising team in Bulgaria. This role suits a self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
The Promotions & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting promotional campaigns, non-monetary prize programs, merchandise operations, and live events. Working with a high level of autonomy, the role coordinates procurement, marketing execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with the brand.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for and assisting with a variety of activities including but not limited to:
Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of non-monetary prizes and merchandise
Coordinate suppliers, RFQs, pricing, lead times, and order tracking
Maintain accurate records and provide clear order status updates to stakeholders
Manage and coordinate product assets (images, content, datasheets)
Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels
Contribute ideas and research to the promotional calendar and creative campaigns
Collaborate with Marketing, Ambassadors, and Creative teams on content, advertising, and events
Month-end reporting, including sales analysis and Google Analytics review
Analyse campaign performance and customer data to inform future activity
Coordinate operational planning and logistics for live events, including pre-event preparation, on-site support, and post-event reporting
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
What you’ll bring:
Experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination and merchandising
Strong organisational skills with proven ability in stakeholder management
Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing purchasing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing analytics (including Google Analytics) and Klaviyo email marketing
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and detail-oriented
