
Executive – IT Store Support
Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing activations
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, merchandising, supply chain) to ensure smooth campaign roll-out
Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy of promotional communication across all channels
Liaise with internal teams, designers, printers, and external vendors to deliver communication materials on time
Maintain promotional calendars, trackers, and documentation
Monitor store-level execution and compliance of promotions
Assist with post-promotion analysis and reporting
Support the development and execution of marketing communications for promotions, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Support campaign concept development through ideation, reference collection, and competitor benchmarking
Candidate Profile :
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in promotions, marketing coordination, or retail marketing preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of retail or supermarket operations is an advantage
