We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our Houston team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating details, and contributing to successful events in a fast-paced professional environment.

As a Promotions Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives. You will work alongside the promotions team to help represent the organization professionally, communicate key information to customers and attendees, and ensure promotional activities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, approachable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and events
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during promotional activities
• Engage with customers and attendees while providing clear information about programs, services, and initiatives
• Support event setup, coordination, and on-site operations
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and presentations
• Maintain accurate information and organized campaign materials
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Help ensure promotional activities are delivered according to company standards
• Provide feedback and observations to improve future promotional initiatives
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities
