A day in the life:

Get ready to dive into an exhilarating role where you'll be at the forefront of driving our promotional allowances to new heights! As a part of this dynamic team, you'll be the mastermind behind monthly and quarterly close processes, exploring fluctuation analysis, making impactful adjustments, and producing reports that keep us ahead of the curve. Collaborate with our Accounting Leadership, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales teams to ensure precision and provide unmatched support. We're looking for a powerhouse candidate with 3-5 years of analytical experience in Accounting, who thrives on understanding the ins and outs of accounting principles, especially the thrill of accruals. The impact you'll make:

• Assisting in monthly & quarterly closing activities, including but not limited to, performing fluctuation analysis of Promotional allowances, calculating and recording entries related to Invasion Fees, KO TMP contribution, Pipeline, Retrospective, and BS/P&L Reclasses.
• Administration of Invasion Fee accruals & payments. Provide support to customer and account managers as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of internal and external reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Data entry related to Provisional costs
• Ad hoc projects, as needed

Who you are:

• 3-5 years of experience in Analytical role
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerBI, SalesForce and/or VIP-PPM knowledge etc. a plus. SAP ECC/BW and/or SAP S/4 preferred
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Must be a team player and able to work with other individuals in and outside the department (at various levels) in a positive manner
• Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and prioritize and follow up accordingly
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to research, problem solve and identify solutions
• Superior attention to detail
• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business &/or Accounting preferred
• Requires a strong understanding of accounting principles related to accruals problem-solving and organization skills, self-motivated mindset with a proactive approach to taking the imitative. Must be willing to work overtime, as needed, to get the job done and meet deadlines timely.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $28.85 - $38.46 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
