As a Promotional Officer, you'll be the face of Crunch Fitness out in the community. This is a casual role offering short 3 to 4 hour shifts, not a large number of hours per week, but a big impact. It's the perfect opportunity for motivated individuals who want to get their start in the fitness industry, and is especially well suited to high school students looking for flexible after-school work.

You'll be on your feet and on the move, walking local areas and engaging with the public, so this role suits people who enjoy staying active and being outdoors. Think of it as getting paid to stay fit while building real-world experience in the health and fitness industry.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Letterbox drops, delivering Crunch Fitness promotional materials to residential letterboxes in designated local areas
• Handing out flyers and brochures to members of the public in busy commercial precincts and high-foot-traffic areas
• Representing Crunch Fitness at pop-up promotional stands in local shopping centers, malls, and plazas
• Walking local suburbs and community areas on foot to promote the gym and engage with the public

What We're Looking For

• Confident and friendly when engaging with members of the public
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Physically active and comfortable being on your feet for 3 to 4 hours
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Passion for health, fitness, and the Crunch community
• No prior experience necessary, we'll train you!
