As Commercial Promotions Specialist in the marketing team, you will be responsible for leading integrated activation strategies across B2C and B2B channels, driving acquisition, engagement and machine renovation while ensuring excellent execution across all consumer touchpoints.

A day in the life of Activation Lead

  • Creation A to Z of Promotional Activities, as well as own and manage the Coffee and Accessory Activation & Promotional Plan across B2C and B2B channel.
  • Lead the Acquisition and Machine Renovation Plan across direct and trade channels.
  • Ensure alignment with Product Leads, Brand, CE&I, Trade and Channel teams.
  • Continuously improve the consumer journey for prospects and new members.
  • Manage budget, forecasts and performance KPIs.

What will make you successful…

  • University degree in Management, Marketing or similar.
  • At least 5 years experience as Product and/or Brand Manager, preferably in a D2C environment.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiatives.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
