Introduce and promote products, actively search for sales channels, and focus on increasing sales (Introduce Huawei brand and products for every single consumer are interested & suggest for them)
Investigate issues and resolve customer complaints, make recommendations to management (Solve the issues and explain & train for the consumer)
Explain the price, payment, and contract terms of the Service
Attend to Huawei training by quarterly (When Mobicom has new products for sell, learn about products)
Reporting consumer's attitude and competitor's updates by weekly
Compliance with internal policy and procedures of the organization
