New Hires will start at base starting wage: $24.23/hour, $1,938.40 bi-weekly, $50,398.40 annually
Position Details
As a member of the Iowa WORKS team, you will delivercompassionate and comprehensive case management services to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients to assess needs, identify strengths, and develop individualized employment and training plans. You will help customers navigate community resources, improve career readiness, and follow through on their goals to reach financial self-sufficiency. ?
