Som projektledare arbetar du med hela projektprocessen - från kalkylering och framtagning av offerter till genomförande och slutbesiktning. När en offert leder till affär tar du över projektet och driver det vidare genom rit- och beställningsfas, leverans och slutbesiktning av färdiga lägenheter. Du ansvarar för dina egna projekt och har HTH:s egna system samt övriga i teamet som stöd. Arbetet är varierande då projekteringsprocessen innehåller många olika delar.
Vi söker dig som är stresstålig, noggrann och gillar högt tempo. Som person bör du vara självgående och ordningsam. Likaså ha en kunskap inom ekonomi och affärsmässiga lösningar. Då du kommer att ingå i projektgruppen är det viktigt att du är samarbetsvillig och lyhörd.
