Position: Projects Team Leader
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time; requires flexibility for long hours, nights, and weekends when required
Travel: Required : CT ,MA, NH, RI

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Project team leader to support our Project Leader with essential floor care and maintenance services. This role involves performing specialized floor work, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction, as well as assisting with exterior window cleaning for select clients. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, scrubbing, sealing, and buffing floors.
  • Conduct carpet extraction and deep-cleaning procedures including upholstery.
  • Assist with exterior / interior window cleaning for designated clients.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedule.
  • Travel to various job sites in different states. Must be comfortable driving long distances.
  • Communicate effectively with direct leader and other team members to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Lead small teams to complete projects.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in floor care or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable transportation to meet the team at designated locations, if required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Professional and dependable with good communication skills.
