As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and organised Projects Support Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of major projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, coordination or project support experience who is looking to develop a long-term career in project management, contracts administration and project delivery.

This position is based full time at our Head Office in Yandina.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM Supply Chain, you will provide project coordination and contract administration support across major customer projects. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and customers to ensure projects are well documented, communicated and delivered on time.

This role offers genuine development opportunities and exposure to large-scale project delivery, making it ideal for someone eager to build their project management capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Project Delivery – Support projects from initiation through to completion, assisting with planning, scheduling, action tracking, stakeholder coordination and project close-out activities.
• Manage Project Documentation & Contracts Administration – Prepare, maintain and track project records, contracts, tender documentation, schedules, compliance requirements and key project information.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers and contractors, coordinate meetings and ensure timely communication to support successful project outcomes.
• Support Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Assist with project reporting, monitor risks and outstanding actions, escalate issues as required and contribute to improvements in project coordination and delivery processes.

About You

You are highly organised, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to busy environments. You thrive on keeping projects moving, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in project coordination, project administration, contracts administration, sales support, operations support or a similar role
• Strong organisational, administration and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• A willingness to learn and develop a career in projects and contracts
• The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Highly Regarded

• Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction or a related field
• Current or planned Project Management studies
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, furniture, logistics, supply chain or project delivery environments
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, project management or workflow systems
• Current driver's licence
