About the Role

Circl is seeking a capable and hands-on Projects Supervisor – Building & Repairs to oversee a diverse mix of work across insurance repairs, residential construction, and Facilities Maintenance (FM).

In this role, you will coordinate trades, attend site meetings, support insurance assessors with field assessments, and ensure all projects are delivered to Circl’s high standards of quality, safety, and customer care.

This position is ideal for an experienced tradesperson with strong site leadership and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise projects across insurance building repairs, residential construction jobs, and FM maintenance/repair work.
  • Attend site meetings for tenders, quoting, scoping and client walkthroughs.
  • Support the insurance assessing team with onsite inspections, damage assessment, and technical advice.
  • Coordinate contractors, trades and materials to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance, safety checks, and ensure compliance with building standards.
  • Manage project timelines, variations, budgets and documentation within Circl’s job management system.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, trades, property managers and internal teams.
  • Provide practical solutions to resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively.

Skills & Experience

  • Trade qualification in Building, Carpentry, Construction or similar (required).
  • Supervisory or project coordination experience in insurance repairs, residential building or FM.
  • Strong knowledge of damage assessment, scopes of work and construction methods.
  • Confident attending site meetings and representing the company professionally.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Competent using digital job management or construction systems.
  • Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to site.
