Job Description

1. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for contract execution.

2. Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.

3. Manage variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time, and contractual notices.

4. Verify measurements, bills, invoices, and payment certifications against contract terms.

5. Maintain contract records, correspondence, approvals, and supporting documentation.

6. Lead surveying and geological activities across infrastructure and civil construction projects.

7. Plan and supervise topographical, alignment, setting-out, and as-built surveys.

8. Manage geological investigations, site characterization, soil/rock assessments, and geotechnical inputs.

9. Review survey data, geological reports, drawings, maps, and technical recommendations.

10. Coordinate with civil, design, construction, QA/QC, and project management teams.

11. Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/Civil Engineering

12. Experience: 8–12 years in industrial projects, with strong expertise in contract management, and technical reporting.
