  • A role as creator and executor of test cases developed according to the test plan. An understanding of the operations functions and processing procedures related applications and quality standards is an important trait that the candidate must possess.
  • Collaborate with Operations users to develop operations functional test cases, executing test cases against the requirements related to operations processes, examining the results, and reporting the results of the tests to the supporting Operations leads/UPM.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes does not introduce new defects or impact existing functionality.
  • Prepare and maintain test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test scripts and test results.
  • Document test processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and coordinate projects / ITSR / system enhancement for department to improve efficiency and productivity as well as to support new products.
  • To facilitate/ manage projects and ensure smooth implementation of various projects for the department.
  • Participate actively in the project/system enhancement meetings and follow-up with IT or relevant units/departments for timely resolution of issues (including ITSC items).
  • Support and work with Global Markets, Business Units and other Support Units to align department and organisational goals to meet customer needs and improve customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 3 years relevant experience in back-office banking processing.
  • Good understanding in any financial related back- office functions and processing procedure.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft access, JIRA and confluence; Or experience in functional or UAT testing for IT project implementation will be added advantage.
