Our Internal Firm Services teams sit at thecentreof PwC New Zealand, supporting our people and business so they can deliver the best possible service to clients. As a Projects and Change – Senior Analyst in our Project Delivery team,you’llhelp introduce and improve technology,processesand ways of working that support transformation across the firm.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Supporting the delivery of technology and process change projects, including planning,coordinationand documentation.

  • Analysingbusiness processes,dataand systemimpactsto help shape practical solutions.

  • Testingnew processes and technology before they are introduced to users.

  • Creating clear demos,guidanceand user support materials to help people adoptnew technology

  • Collaborating with project managers, developers, change managers, data specialists, businessteamsand end users.

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, or related methodologies are highly regarded.

  • Strong understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business challenges.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Highlyorganisedwith experience managing documentation, testing, feedback, and delivery activities.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, data, AI, business, and end-user teams.

  • Experience working in professional services, client-facing environments, or technology transformation initiatives isadvantageous

  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement.
