Energy/Projects Associate | Hong Kong

Our client, an international multi-service commercial law firm, is seeking a Energy/Projects Associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team.

About you

• Hong Kong or common law qualified, 3-5 years of PQE in energy, oil and gas, or renewables, with a strong foundation in transactional and/or commercial law. Lawyers with a strong projects or project finance, M&A or general banking and finance lawyers would be considered.
• A proven track record of working on complex, high-value matters, ideally within an international context.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the energy sector, including the latest trends and technologies driving the energy transition.
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
