In this highly visible role within the APO Business Process Engineering team, you will be the primary owner of the digital transformation strategic initiatives critical to delivering our APO 2030 goals, and the champion of AI-enabled innovation across Apple Procurement and Operations organizations.

You will partner closely with global Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Product Design and Development teams to identify business challenges, redesign operational processes, and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and elevate business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Solid understanding of product development and implementation lifecycles.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated experience driving digital product initiatives.
Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.
Outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience driving large-scale business transformation, process optimization, and digitalization initiatives within Supply Chain Operations.
Strong domain expertise across one or more supply chain functions, including Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into scalable business and technology solutions.
Proven ability to influence decision-making and build alignment across all levels of the organization without direct authority.
Experience leveraging data and insights to support business decisions and measure outcomes.

Hands-on experience applying Generative AI solutions to solve business problems, improve operational efficiency, or enhance decision-making processes is highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Product Operations, Supply Chain Transformation, or related roles.
